  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Personal-use items (e.g., water bottles, cookware, or hygiene-related gear) for safety reasons.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide order details and photos of the item(s) showing the defect/damage.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in cash at the time of item pickup or through store credit toward your next purchase.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after the returned item is inspected.

5. Exchange Policy

  • In cases where the same item is available, we will arrange an exchange instead of a refund.
  • If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
